Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within the entire Spanish territory. For shipments to other destinations, please contact us beforehand [here].

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return any of the books purchased, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Returns outside this period or those not previously communicated via a registered incident [here] will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent.

To ensure the return reaches our warehouse correctly, we recommend sending it via Correos and including a note with your personal details and the corresponding order number inside the package.

Once we receive the returned book(s), you may choose between two options:

• Receive the amount as store credit in your customer account for future orders.

• Request a direct refund to the card you used for payment.
